Every project is assigned a Project Manager in charge of the design and installation of the solution and an Account Manager assisting with all quotes and product acquisition. At the end of the project, you'll receive a customer satisfaction survey requesting your feedback. Our staff compensation is directly congruent with your feedback. We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with our services.

In a consulting or project-based relationship, inhouseIT doesn’t sell anything. To ensure we have your best interest in mind, we assist you in buying the product directly from the vendor – allowing us to sit on the same side of the table with you. There is never a question of whether you are getting a good deal. Since we don’t sell products to you, you’ll know we won’t ever mark it up.
