As inhouseIT was just getting off the ground, we quickly realized
that our “ethos”, or, the heart of our company,
was foundational to our success (and yours). Sure, most companies
have articulated a vision statement or core values, but often
they end up getting stuffed in the back of a drawer. We are
finding our outlook to be unique in these days, in that instead
of posting some long list of statements on a wall, we’re
working hard to develop this ethos in each team member. If
we can carry the same heart and mindset about our company
and clients, we’ll be a long-term partner to many of
