Teamwork,
Hard Work, and Quality Service
From the very beginning, teamwork, hard work, and quality
service have been embedded in the DNA of inhouseIT. In 1998,
we began to recognize an immense need for service-based IT
support as we worked in a variety of technology spheres. Later
that year, each of us decided to combine our unique skills
and perspectives to create inhouseIT.
With Troy’s government IT experience, Steve’s
wealth of non-profit and customer service experience, and
Craig’s small business IT experience, we began to develop
a solid business model which we believed would benefit both
our clients and our new company. Books such as The E-myth,
Selling the Invisible, and Good to Great have been powerful
guiding influences as we have solidified our services.
Starting with Craig’s client base, accumulated over
10 years, inhouseIT steadily began to expand in new dimensions.
In April of 2000, we moved into our prior facility in Newport
Beach, California – providing a quality working environment
for team members and a comfortable atmosphere to interact
with clients.
In 2001 and 2002 we dabbled in business in San Jose and San Diego, California. Then in October 2002, we began offering our services in the Colorado Springs & Denver area that has grown nicely to this day. Along the way we birthed an amazing ShoreTel VOIP practice. Finally in November of 2006, we merged Baseline Systems, another Orange county IT support company in with us.
The history of our company is filled with story after story
of customers who were overwhelmed with their growing technology
needs, and inhouseIT came alongside them to take care of all
their technology worries. Having grown 50% per year for the
past 5 years, we plan on being around for quite awhile.
